Course Content and Duration

Our well researched and proven soft skills training courses focus on the core competencies of a subject that when implemented will result in providing the best impact and difference immediately and long-term to an individual and to their organisation.

Everything in our courses evolves from practical experiences in the workplace. The course content is not industry specific and therefore relates to any business in any industry. The learning points are explained in plain English and have practical application, which makes the information easy to apply into a business environment.

In each course we train in putting theory into practice via a plan of action through our 3-Stage Change Process. The 3 stages consist of; Preparation (pre-course), Theory (during the course) and Practice (post-course). This is supported with pre and post-course communication, which is provided to the participant and to their manager.

The courses have been design to be delivered either to a group (recommend up to 15 participants) over 4 hours or 1-on-1 over 2 hours.
